Our hair extensions are made from 100% premium human hair, ensuring a natural look, soft feel, and long-lasting quality.

3. What does ‘Remy’ mean?

Remy hair means the hair cuticles are kept intact and aligned in the same direction, which helps prevent tangling and keeps the hair smooth, shiny, and natural-looking.

4. Why is it important that hair extensions are human hair and not synthetic?

Human hair extensions:

  • Look and feel more natural

  • Can be styled with heat tools

  • Blend seamlessly with natural hair

  • Last significantly longer

Synthetic hair cannot be heat styled easily and tends to tangle and wear out faster.

5. How long do the extensions last?

With proper care:

  • Permanent extensions can last 3–6 months per installation

  • The hair itself can last 6–12 months or longer, depending on maintenance and usage

6. What is the difference between permanent and temporary extensions?

  • Permanent extensions (K-tips, I-tips, wefts, tapes ) are professionally installed and worn for weeks or months.

  • Temporary extensions (clip-ins ) can be applied and removed daily and are ideal for occasional wear.

7. How do I know what colour to choose?

We recommend matching extensions to the mid-lengths and ends of your hair rather than the roots. If unsure, a professional colour match or consultation is always best.

8. Can I colour hair extensions?

Yes, human hair extensions can be coloured, but we recommend:

  • Only colouring darker, not lighter

  • Having a professional stylist do the colouring

  • Avoiding excessive chemical processing to maintain quality

9. What products can be used on hair extensions?

Use:

  • Sulfate-free and alcohol-free shampoos

  • Moisturising conditioners

  • Lightweight oils or serums on mid-lengths and ends

Avoid products with high alcohol content near bonds or beads.
