We want you to absolutely love your hair extensions! If the colour isn’t quite the right match, you’re welcome to return them within 30 days of delivery for a store credit.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your extensions must be:

• Unused
• In their original packaging
• Packaging fully intact
• Not removed, altered, or applied in any way
